黄轩与采用结构超滑技术,结合半导体异质结直流发电原理,首次实现了具有极长寿命和高输出密度的超级微发电机原型样机;同时系统探索和分析了结构超滑状态下的半导体直流发电机制;并采用施加偏置电压的方式实现了超滑肖特基结界面电子摩擦的大范围、连续、可逆、无磨损调控;最后根据应用需求对更大尺度超滑发电单元的制备技术以及大尺度单晶石墨的发电性能进行了初步探索。具有长寿命、高输出密度的超级微发电机将作为根技术解决未来物联网、介入医学等重要领域的微型化、免维护供电需求。黄轩宇的代表性成果如下:
