Biography

Dr. Tian Xi joined the Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School at Tsinghua University in 2024, dedicating himself to the development of advanced wireless technologies to address important scientific and biomedical challenges in human health. His research focuses on wireless communication, sensing, and powering of wearable or implantable devices within living systems, further advancing these technologies by integrating them into bioelectronic systems for enhanced applications in medical diagnostics and disease treatment. To date, he has published 11 papers as the first/corresponding author (including co-authorships) in prestigious journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Communication, Science Advances, and IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., contributing to a total of 24 publications. Two of these papers have been recognized as highly cited papers by ESI.  Additionally, he has filed for six invention patents (2 in the United States, 2 under the PCT, and 2 in China, respectively). His achievements have been widely reported by more than 30 international media outlets and TV stations, including Reuters, The New York Times, The Telegraph, and CGTN.
